Who it's for

Built for the people carrying the listing risk.

General Counsel and Compliance

Coverage you can defend, and a record of who completed what, when, that holds up when someone asks.

People and HR

Assign courses to groups with due dates. Reminders go out automatically, and staff sign in with the account they already have.

CFO and IPO programme lead

One provider, one record and a clear view of progress, so training never becomes the item that holds up the timetable.

The challenge

Mandatory training shouldn't become a months-long project.

A listing brings new obligations for almost everyone in the business. Sourcing the training piece by piece, from different providers, is slow and leaves the evidence scattered.

Long procurement loops

New learning systems can take months to buy and configure. Filing timetables rarely leave room for that.

Fragmented providers

Insider dealing from one provider, anti-bribery from another and security from a third leaves completion data spread across systems.

Records that don't stand up

When auditors ask who completed which training, a spreadsheet anyone can edit is not a convincing answer.

Course catalogue

Everything your workforce needs before listing day.

38 courses, built from more than 120 short, scenario-led lessons, across six areas. A common core for everyone, US and UK listing tracks, and in-depth courses for finance teams, executives and the board. Assign them by role, so each person takes what applies to them.

US and UK tracks:
assigned according to where you list.
Where relevant:
assigned where your risks call for it.
Finance and Reporting Academy:

How it reaches your staff

Works with your LMS. Or without one.

Every course is built the same way, so you choose how to deliver it, not what you can buy.

Already have an LMS?

Every course is a standard SCORM 1.2 package. Upload it to your learning management system and it reports what you'd expect:

  • Completion status and score against the pass mark
  • Each answer, recorded against its question
  • A bookmark, so learners pick up where they left off

No LMS? Use the ReadyProof Platform.

The ReadyProof Platform is our training and evidence service, installed on your own infrastructure. It does the few things you need and nothing else:

  • Staff sign in with Microsoft Entra ID or Okta. No new passwords.
  • Assign courses to groups, with due dates
  • Overdue reminders by email, through your own mail relay
  • A completion record nobody can quietly edit
  • You hold the data. We don't operate it and can't see it.

Proof built in

A record that stands up when someone asks.

Assign. Remind. Certify. Export. And when an auditor asks, hand over evidence they can check for themselves.

A record nobody can quietly edit

Every completion is added to an append-only, hash-chained record. Signed exports let your auditor verify it without having to trust our software.

Certificates anyone can check

Each certificate carries the record's fingerprint and a verification link, so a copy can be checked against the original.

The audit pack in one download

The signed record, a verification tool, a CSV report and a plain-language guide, together in a single file.

Reminders and renewals

Due dates, overdue reminders and recertification every 12, 24 or 36 months, so agreed training cycles don't slip.

Narrated, with transcripts

Every screen is narrated, with captions and a written transcript for anyone who prefers to read.

Every attempt covers every objective

Knowledge-check questions are drawn for each learning objective, so no two attempts are the same and none skips a topic.

Short, and works on a phone

Scenario-led courses sized for a busy day. Progress is saved as they go, on any device.

Kept current

We review courses as regulation changes, as part of your subscription. You decide whether a new version needs to be retaken.

What counts as inside information?

Inside information, often called material non-public information (MNPI), is precise information about a company that hasn't been made public and that would be likely to affect its share price if it were.

Once a company is preparing to list, you can come across it sooner than you expect: in a meeting, in an email, or in a conversation you overhear.

Remember: in many jurisdictions, dealing on inside information, or passing it on, can be a criminal offence. Follow your company's policy, and ask your compliance team if you're unsure.

Rollout estimate

Estimate your rollout.

Tell us your headcount and where you plan to list. We'll suggest a starting set of courses for everyone, and the learner time and indicative annual subscription that go with it. Outputs are illustrative planning figures, not a quotation.

250
Where you plan to list

Method: learner time adds up the running time of each course in the suggested all-staff set (10 to 18 minutes each) and multiplies it by your headcount. It covers first-year learning time for all staff only: not role courses, annual refreshers or administration. The subscription figures apply the list prices below to your headcount.

Assumptions owner: the running times are IPO Ready Learning's design targets for each course, not measured completion times. They have not been independently verified or audited. Validate these figures against your own data and approve them with your advisers before relying on or reporting them.
